I know first hand how hard it is to start your fitness journey.
When I was 23 I started my own personal fitness journey and I have to say that every step of the way was a challenge. From getting up early in the morning to doing the workouts described online to eating the most bland food ever, I was not enjoying myself very much.
I needed to find some serious fitness motivation to help me achieve my goals.
I found various websites that were extremely inspiring to me. They laid out specific ways in which I would find the motivation, and direction that was required to really give the gym my 100 percent.
Thats why I created this blog. To inspire people!
