I personally know how hard it can be to get up and after it each and every day.
When I first starting working out at the age of 23 I certainly faced my set of obstacles. I was overweight and felt terrible constantly mainly because I wasn't eating healthy and I wasn't getting nearly enough exercise.
Long story short, I knew I needed to get my butt into shape but I also knew that it would be extremely difficult to do so with such little motivation to begin with.
I began reading collections of motivational stories, self help books and fitness guides. That sort of thing really helped me out.
Bottom line is that I wanted to make this blog so that I can inspire others in the same situation I was in years ago.
